Report Spam Emails

We have recently been informed of an increase in phishing emails being sent to our parishioners by someone impersonating Rev. Kevin McManaman. Most of these emails have come from generic emails, such as parishupdates0099@gmail.com. 

Please be aware that these are NOT coming from Father Kevin, nor any staff member at the parish, and therefore should be reported as phishing. Please do not open any attachments, click any links, or give any money (cash, gift cards, credit card information, etc). Any correspondence from Father Kevin McManaman or a St. Alphonsus staff member will have the email domain st-alphonsus.org. 

Most email accounts allow you to report phishing directly from the email. In Gmail, click the three dots and in the drop down menu, select "Report Phishing." In addition, please forward any spam emails to the Federal Trade Commission at reportphishing@apwg.org.
